''I killed Osama"... Yeah, that has A LOT to do with what's going on right now.
Classless braggadocio.

Anti-Islam Filmmaker Donated Million Dollars To Obama Campaign
Blame the movie.
Blame the movie.
Blame the movie.
Even though "the movie" was on YouTube for months prior to the collective indignation of thousands of Middle Eastern Islamists all coming together on the eleventh anniversary of September 11th (through a wild coincidence, no doubt), we are being told by our government and our media overlords that we must blame the movie.
You see, if we blame the movie for the burning of our foreign outposts and the brutal murders of four Americans (including our Libyan ambassador who was reportedly raped), we won't blame the burners and the looters and the murderers and the rapists.
You see, if we blame the movie for the Middle East burning, we won't blame the Islamists who are doing the burning and looting and raping and murdering.

Good article. I particularly like the references to Bill Maher. :)
I've said it a hundred times... The people we elect are there to do our bidding. They are there to comply with and carry out the will of The People. That's the way it is supposed to work. How long has it been since that has happened? Is it the will of The People that the Congress and those in power continue to make more and more laws that restrict our freedoms? Is it the will of The People to be spied upon by our government? Look around yourself, see what is going on. Open your fucking eyes! I have to assume that it must be the will of The People to allow this crap to happen because no one is doing anything to stop or change it.
Why do we allow this? It is our country. OURS. It doesn't belong to the "government" or to obama and his creeps or to any other individual. It doesn't belong to DHS or TSA or any other government agency. It belongs to The People.
Unless, of course, we hand our power over to the government. And to the people with the real power who pull the strings of our government.
I guess that's why we are where we are. We're a bunch of fucking lazy-assed pussies who have been sucked up into the PC world pushed onto us by our government. They tell us what to do, when to do it, and how to do it. Have for years.
We get that which we deserve.
Here we are.
Stay safe.
As far as I'm concerned it hasn't happened since 1861.
ReplyDeleteCraig... That's just about right. Down hill from there.
ReplyDeleteAnon... It's been awhile. Miss me? :)
Just gotta love anonymous coward trolls.
ReplyDeleteRe: The anonymous troll. She's from Washington D.C. Shows up every once in awhile with her panties in a bunch. I think she wants to pet my "critter". She always refers to it in her comments. :)
ReplyDeleteThe events of the past week have rendered me all but speechless.
ReplyDeleteSeriously! I can barely leave comments, let alone post anything. What is there to say that hasn't been said - at least by our side? The other side is blaming Bush and Romney. Or they're still babbling about some movie that had nothing to do with anything and calling for the arrest of the producer. WTF? For what?
And then the FBI shows up on a "parole check" of the movie maker. FBI? Parole check? Really? How f'n stupid do they think we are? Chilling!
I've spent time reading comments at Huff & Puff. The ignorance and hate is stunning.
P.S. I don't blame anon for wanting to pet your critter. heh
My troll hasn't struck in ages. Must have lost computer privileges in whatever prison or mental ward he/she/it is locked up in.
Smoke and mirrors, Adrienne...
ReplyDeleteI can't imagine what this administration was attempting to do in the Middle East over the past year but it appears to have come back to bite them in he ass. Problem is that ordinary folk like you and me will be the ones to suffer for it.
I never saw any logic to it. Congress had the power to put a stop to it but wouldn't. Of course, Congress has the power to do a lot of things, but won't.
I dunno...
