Cookout...

Stay safe.

  1. My flag is already flying and we're having a "cookin." I demoed cook-in-the-bag ribs yesterday at work. One hour at 400 degrees in the bag they come in (no mess.) They were so good I grabbed some for us. Ribs are something I don't like fooling with.

It does give me plenty of time to make hubby's favorite red potato salad. I'll also be feasting on pickled eggs with beets. First time I ever made them. OUTSTANDING!!

  2. Ribs in a bag? I may have to give those a try!

I thought that Wisconsin was the only place for pickled eggs? :)

    Have a great day, Adrienne!

  5. I add some Stubbs BBQ sauce after they're done.

Cooking ribs this way gives me time to focus on roasted red potato salad and coleslaw.

Every single person who tried them at work, bought them. Every. Single. Person. Of course, I've trained my following to buy anything I demo. And sometimes more. One guy was having a hard time deciding between a tri-tip roast and flat iron steaks. I told him it was simple - buy both. He did.

I love to help people buy stuff!!

  6. You're making me smile, Dear Adrienne. Actually, you're making me chuckle.
