The rebels...
"Testimony from victims strongly suggests it was the rebels, not the Syrian
government, that used Sarin nerve gas during a recent incident in the
revolution-wracked nation, a senior U.N. diplomat said Monday.
Carla del Ponte, a member of the U.N. Independent International Commission of
Inquiry on Syria, told Swiss TV there were “strong, concrete suspicions but not
yet incontrovertible proof,” that rebels seeking to oust Syrian strongman Bashar
al-Assad had used the nerve agent."

Or the Syrian government...
"U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry told reporters on Monday that the U.S. has
additional information about the alleged chemical weapons attack in Damascus
last week.
Kerry said in a press conference that the number of victims of the attack on
Wednesday, the reported symptoms and the accounts of humanitarian organizations
strongly indicate that chemical weapons were used in Syria.
Kerry added that the U.S. believes the regime of president Bashar al-Assad is
responsible for the attack, and that the Syrian government's decision to grant
U.N. investigators access to the site of the attack came 'too late to be
credible.'" (emphasis mine)

Who do you believe? Kerry? Or the U.N.? Who do you trust more? LOL.
It would be kinda funny, choosing to believe either Kerry, or the U.N., if it weren't such a serious matter. The fact of the matter is that there are a whole lot of dead non-combatants. Someone killed them.
"What difference does it make?"
Who is the US backing in this fiasco? Who is who?
~~~~~~
I would believe almost anything from any other country in the world these days as I know everything coming for this administration is BS.
