Does he actually have the Constitutional authority to just change the law on his own?  I don't think so!

The beauty of his short-sighted political pandering decision making is that it should totally destroy any chance of electing any Democrat to the office of President in 2016, assuming that The Republic lasts that long.

    He also pushed the mandate out... AGAIN.... to 2016. I'll bet $1,000 he pushes it out past that, too... considering 2016 is *THE* election year.

    And the Congress lets him get away with it.

    I write quite a few letters to my Congress Critters and the change in their demeanor over the past year or so is quite interesting. My representative, who has been a party line Democrat FOREVER, seems to be cringing at obama's antics. He is actually calling for investigations into "the scandals"! LOL.

    None of them are doing enough to slow or stop obama. I'll keep writing. :) I think a lot of people are writing and calling. Perhaps they will get the point before it's too late.
