Solution / COA 1: Grassroots referendeum for an Amendment that for any congressional candidate to be eligible to run for office, they will have had to serve HONORABLY in military service; Active Duty no less than 4 years; Reserve or NG, no less than 6 months active duty time over 6 year period (and didn't miss any drill time). If they claim CO status, then they aren't eligible. How can you be CinC or an elected representative and vote to send men and women to battle without ever being on a military post? It's like a priest giving marriage advice when he hasn't had a committed relationship with a person of the opposite sex and known the struggles and challenges a couple goes through daily. (Just an analogy, not meant to be a slam or offensive.)
