Right, wrong, or otherwise, it appears that the congress may be listening to their constituents for a change. You see, every Liberal thinks that there are more people who think like they do than there actually are, and they cannot accept that they lost control at the last election. They don't yet realize that they are no longer in a position to make the rules...
