I have been gone from the old blog for awhile. A couple of you folks noticed. Warms my heart...
The Missus and I traveled to Arizona for a few days to visit our youngest son and his girlfriend. The Missus and I have been traveling companions on this journey through life for nearly 44 years, and this trip was another good one.
Anyway, I'm really not sure why anyone stops by here to partake of my bad attitude, but I do appreciate knowing that there are other travelers with similar designs making the journey together... We may be loners, but we are never really alone. Good to know.

Speaking for myself, I stop by because I have a bad attitude as well, and I suspect for many of the same reasons. I am delighted to have found another kindred spirit. If you're going by the DFW area, wave.

ReplyDeleteHeh. Like I said, kindred spirits. I was with the 156th Maint. Co. 1974--77. One of our customer units was 1st Bn, 2ACR up on "The Rock" at Bindlach. I spent a week TDY there with our detachment in '76. We used call them the half acre--1/2 ACR.

Bad attitude? Nope, I'd say that it's the proper attitude. Or at least the same as mine. Nice to hear that you and the missus are coming on 44 years. You don't see that too often anymore. The lovely missus and I had our 43rd back in January............

Rarely comment here because I recognize my addictive nature and know I must restrict my daily blogmenting to avoid the temptation of engaging in sniper comment warfare. I've limited myself to commenting on no more than 4 blogs per day, and with my personality, that ain't 'zactly easy.
