It’s even worse than we previously thought. A retired four-star admiral is now claiming that Barack Obama intentionally conspired with America’s enemies to stage a bogus attack and the kidnapping of an American ambassador so he could “negotiate” the release of a “hostage” and bolster his mediocre approval ratings just prior to the election?
On Lou Dobbs, retired Four-Star Admiral James Lyons, said: “the attack on the American Consulate in Benghazi… was the result of a bungled abduction attempt…. the first stage of an international prisoner exchange… that would have ensured the release of Omar Abdel Rahman, the ‘Blind Sheik’…”

I don't understand why it is even a question.
The Second Amendment is part of the Bill of Rights to the Constitution of the United States of America.
It is written in a plain, simple language that any person who is honest with himself understands.
The federal government has no authority whatsoever to infringe upon the right of The People to keep and bear arms. Any arms. The government of the United States and the governments of the united states have no legitimate legal right to regulate, restrict or refuse a law abiding citizen's right to keep and bear arms. Period.
Who are The People? Every law abiding citizen of the Unites States of America.
The natural human rights outlined in the Bill of Rights to the Constitution of these United States take precedence over any law that the federal government or any state government may try to implement. No government has the legal right to make any law that would infringe upon the right of The People to keep and bear arms.
The Bill of Rights simply acknowledges the God given rights of man. It does not bestow rights. It tells our government to keep their hands off of the people in these areas.
It is simple. Every law that any government has put into place that infringes upon the right of the law abiding citizen to keep and bear any arm is unconstitutional.
To allow conditions, restrictions or regulations to be placed upon the Second Amendment is to deny the intention of the Second Amendment and the power of The Constitution.
Its really quite simple, once you wrap your mind around it.

BEIJING, March 2 (Reuters) - At least 27 people have been killed in a
"violent terror attack" at a train station in the southwestern Chinese city of
Kunming by a group of unidentified people brandishing knives, state media said
on Sunday.
Another 162 were injured, the official Xinhua news agency added. It said the attack had taken place late on Saturday evening.
State television said on its official microblog that the incident had been deemed a "violent terror attack".
Xinhua, citing one of its reporters on the scene, said that several suspects had been detained.
Kunming resident Yang Haifei told Xinhua that he was buying a ticket when he saw a group of people mostly wearing black rush into the station and start attacking bystanders.
"I saw a person come straight at me with a long knife and I ran away with everyone," he said. Those who were slower were caught by the attackers. "They just fell on the ground."
Graphic pictures on the Twitter-like microblogging service Sina Weibo showed bodies covered in blood lying on the ground at the station.

Casey to Oppose Obama’s Justice Nominee for Championing Cop Killer
Without specifying Debo Adegbile’s high-profile role as a NAACP lawyer in championing Mumia Abu-Jamal, the convicted killer, Casey said he “will not vote to confirm” Adegbile as assistant attorney general in charge of the Civil Rights Division.
Pennsylvania’s other U.S. senator, Republican Pat Toomey, has spoken out against the Adegbile nomination for weeks, as The Foundry has reported. Toomey teamed with Philadelphia District Attorney R. Seth Williams in urging the Senate to reject Adegbile, most recently in a Wall Street Journal op-ed. Casey had said little until now.
In a written statement, Casey said he had met with Adegbile, a former official of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, as well as representatives of the Fraternal Order of Police, which opposes his nomination because of the lawyer’s ties to the man who shot Officer Daniel Faulkner multiple times on a Center City Philadelphia street in 1981. Casey said:
“I respect that our system of law ensures the right of all citizens to legal representation no matter how heinous the crime. At the same time, it is important that we ensure that Pennsylvanians and citizens across the country have full confidence in their public representatives — both elected and appointed. The vicious murder of Officer Faulkner in the line of duty and the events that followed in the 30 years since his death have left open wounds for [his widow] Maureen Faulkner and her family as well as the city of Philadelphia.”Link to original article at Heritage.

Overturn the death sentence because the murderer is black. And black murderers are treated unfairly by the justice system. And blacks are disproportionately affected by the criminal justice system. Because they do the crimes but want a pass on serving the time. Because it isn't fair. Or something...
How 'bout we not wait 33 years to execute a murderer, regardless of race or gender or sexual orientation?

He wants to make appointments of radicals who will follow and promote his agenda without question and then he and the mindless media sit back and complain that his nominees aren't being approved.
