Yeah - well this year we finally got so old and poor we didn't even have to file. Last year: $850.00 to feds, $240.00 back from state, $211.00 to tax preparer, and this year = zip including not filing at all. Thank you tax preparer!
Ironic how the IRS grew within a year of conception. Correct me if I'm wrong, but income tax was put together by the Wilson administration to pay for our involvement in The Great War. After that build up was paid for, it was supposed to go away. Boy, what a difference 100 years makes - NOT. Obama -bin-Muslim used our taxes for as his personal ATM.
I don't mind paying taxes, I understand that it is a necessary evil for the protections we enjoy. I do however mind how much the gobment wastes on undeserving peoples, places, and things. it isn't rocket science. Make a friggin budget, and stick to it.
I hope that you are doing better Blue. It ain't easy, but as promised it will be worth it. Best wishes. Keep the faith.
