Oh, Grog, that's kind of funny... He got it installed but dropped it while putting it in. The frame is good, now waiting on both the upper and lower sashes. Didn't break anything, knocked both of them out of square. Custom size, and all... If I needed things done in a hurry I would definitely use someone else. This guy has been good to me over the years, if slow... ;) Ahhhhhh, well... ;)
