It now looks like protecting the U.S. border has become a victim of political correctness, regardless that it is one of the very few constitutionally mandated functions of the federal government.
Using the race card to justify not finishing the fence along the porous U.S.-Mexican border shouldn’t come as a big surprise. announced she will be the starting QB for the Packers next season. Deanna
asserts that she is qualified to be the starting QB because she has spent the
past 16 years married to Brett while he played QB for the Packers.
During this period of time, she became familiar with the definition of a corner blitz, the nickel package, and man-to-man coverage, so she is now completely comfortable with all the other terminology involving the Packers offense.
A survey of Packers fans shows that 50% of those polled supported the move.
Does this sounds idiotic and unbelievable or familiar to you? Hillary Clinton makes the same claims as to why she is qualified to be President and 50% of Democrats polled agreed.
She has never run a City, County, or State during her "career" of being Bill Clinton's wife. When told Hillary Clinton has experience because she has 8 years in the white house, my immediate thought was "So has the pastry chef".

Selective enforcement of the law...
What are we to do when this president, or any president decides to selectively enforce a portion of the law and ignore other portions of that law?
What are we to do Mr.
Speaker, regardless of motivation, when a president nullifies our vote
by failing to faithfully execute the law?
How do we explain waivers and exemptions and delays in a bill passed by Congress and affirmed by the United States Supreme Court?
How do we explain away a refusal to enforce mandatory minimums that were passed by Congress and affirmed by the Supreme Court?
And why pursue, Mr. Speaker, immigration reform if presidents can turn off the very provisions that we passed?
The oath that brand new citizens take, it contains six different references to the law.
If it’s good enough for us to ask brand new citizens to affirm their devotion to the law, is it too much to ask that the president do the same?”

Connecticut Cop: “I Can’t Wait To Get The Order To Kick Your Door In”
Last year, Navy veteran and firefighter John Cinque warned Connecticut lawmakers in advance that he would not comply with any law that requires him to register his firearms. Connecticut lawmakers didn’t listen, passed a law demanding registration, and now find themselves looking at a law that 80,000-100,000 citizens have rightfully ignored.
At least one Branford, CT, cop is itching to try to enforce Connecticut’s blatantly unconstitutional gun ban, and has told Cinque that he “cannot wait to get the order to kick your door in.”

My question is this... Just as members of the military give up certain rights when they take The Oath, do politicians and government functionaries also give up certain rights when they assume the mantle of duty? Does a politician have the right to lie to The People and commit crimes against The People, while serving The People, and then cover those lies and crimes by invoking the Fifth?
Do the individual rights guaranteed by the BOR pertain to politicians and apparatchiks when lying and committing crimes while performing in an official capacity?

1993...
On February 28, 1993, Federal agents raided the Branch Davidian compound in Waco, Texas. Four ATF agents and six Branch Davidians were killed in initial raid.
A 51-day siege ensued, ending with an FBI assault during which the compound burned down, killing 76 people inside, including David Koresh.
