We've turned into a country of "appeasers". "Peace in our time" at any cost, without any regard to the souls lost fighting the good fight. That's two for three (NK and Cuba). Iran will make it 3 for 3 (really 4 for 4 if you count Syria). Wars result because you tried to appease your enemy. Then, when you want to turn things around, it's too late because the enemy doesn't believe you have the guts. Then rounds and missiles will fly. The Cuban Missile Crisis was a direct result of Kennedy being naive when dealing with Kruschev. Obama - Putin: same thing, except the weapons are more dangerous and Putin, like a cornered rat, will lunge if he's backed into a corner. Did ANYONE vet our king-in-chief's foreign policy "abilities" before he became a candidate? We turn our backs on our allies while kissing our enemies asses. WTF, Over!
If you imprison him or do something else he will become a martyr. I'm not that smart, but he needs to be disgraced to the point that even his most liberal and apologetic have to turn their back on him. I can only hope he will go to Hawaii, retire, and... Well, you can fill in the best scenario. It's like the characterless, useless and arrogant officer who earns the MOH (posthumorous) because the troops said he was "hero" by taking that grenade or bullet for them. In rare occasions, troops have a tendency to "fix leadership problems" in the field. I'm not advocating that; just sayin' stuff happens and Karma comes around.
Blue - my apologies. I don't want any harm to come to our POTUS - I just want him to retire from public life and never be in a position of leadership again. Not even the Neighborhood Watch. If I went too far in my comments, I am truly sorry and will watch my pushing the envelope of good taste. You have a great blog and I apologize if I turned it into something that was less than a class act. My emotion got the better of me.

I agree that it would be absolutely wonderful if the clowns who support him could see him for the evil monstrosity that he is and shun him like the plague. It will never happen, though. He epitomizes "free shit" to his followers. If he is representative of the "New Amerika", I don't like it.
