Of course, the trees will be planted only after the forest scurvise-oops, service-assists the sierra club with 20 years of environmental impact studies to ensure the three horned hogwart slug and the midget chipmunk mouse won't become extinct from getting stepped on by the FSA hordes. Based on Grog's analysis those trees will NEVER be planted. I agree. But, the liberals will spin it to sound like they have already been grown and EVERYONE has one in their backyard. Mandates without funding are fantasy. And that's where these guys - illegals from Fantasyland who want green cards.
