Bomb Squad Detonates 3 Suspicious Packages At Speaker John Boehner’s Home Office
A bomb squad was called to Speaker of the House John Boehner’s home office Sunday morning, as three suspicion briefcases were found. The bomb squad detonated the packages, finding no explosives.
ABC 9 reported:
A bomb squad was called to House Speaker John Boehner’s West Chester office Sunday.
A West Chester officer on patrol spotted three black suitcases at the door of Boehner’s office around 11:30 a.m.
West Chester police and fire and the Butler County Bomb Squad responded to the scene.
The bomb squad spent two hours disrupting the packages one-by-one with a robot to ensure the area was safe.
Police said there were no bombs in the suitcases, only papers.

Domestic terrorists? Loony Lefties? Crazy Conservatives? I guess we'll have to wait to find out. I wait with bated breath to see who gets blamed.... Had it been a Democrat Congresscritter we would already hear the screaming.
If there were no bombs, only papers, why did the bomb squad detonate the briefcases? I wonder if they read the papers before they blew them up?
