AMEN................
Amen.
Heh, that's what I've thought for years. Any enemy that judges all Americans by the liberal, metro-sexual people that are portrayed in the media and live in our cities will be in for a nasty surprise when they have to deal with the Americans that quietly live their lives in fly over country, the plains, the hollers, the swamps, the hills and mountains, and the deserts. I don't think they fully appreciate the righteous fury that will ensue and boil and bubble across this continent.
Miss V. ... Excellent commentary. Thank you! :)
The Japanese didn't want to invade the US in WW II because it was rightfully believed every citizen had a gun handy. That would make occupation costly. Like in "Casablanca"; German: "Can you imagine us in London?" Rick: "Ask me when you get there." and Rick to MAJ Strasser; "There are are parts of New York City I suggest you don't invade." Where has that kind of in your face, no one screws with America attitude gone? I fear it's dead.
Political Correctness, the theory that "since everyone can't win, we'll make sure nobody loses" has killed the civilized, no, the western, world.
When I was a Bn Maint Officer in Korea, we had a sign made to hang in the motor pool: "If it's broke, we'll fix it. If we can't fix it, then we'll break it so bad no one else can fix it." Seems to apply here.
