When we quit the space race, we gave up our lead in mathematics and science. Asia couldn't touch us. Now we live like the movie "Idiotocracy" where we'll soon forget that if you plant seeds and they will grow into plants that you can use as food. The new generations now have separation anxiety from their cell phones or electronics. We're doomed after the Iranians launch their EMP attack on the US.
