Toughest gun laws in the nation. 40 dead so far this year. Murder capital of America. What the MSM fails to tell you is that Chicago has an out of control gang problem. That almost all of the gun violence in Chicago involves gangs. That almost all of the people in Chicago who have guns are members of gangs. Gangsters are criminals. They don't purchase their guns at gun stores. They don't do background checks or fill out 4473s when "purchasing" their guns. Gun control laws have absolutely no effect on them.

I was going to say...
"...Well, every shooting except those occurring in Chicago, D.C. and New York..." or those that end in happy circumstances, such as a mother saving her children, or a girl not getting raped or an octogenarian not being mugged.
