It was their dream...
It was their dream because so many of the killings in the past had been perpetrated by angry, white, left-wing Americans. Or our government. They sooooooo wanted it to be someone other than another mentally deranged Liberal.
Liberalism is a mental disorder.
I notice that Ms. Temple-Raston didn't mention Waco while she was talking about April being a big month... Oh! Wait! That was perpetrated by Janet the First and the Clinton administration. The Liberal government killing American citizens.
I also think that she confused Columbine with Oklahoma City.
And Chris Matthews? Is he really that stupid?
And people seriously wonder why our nation is so divided?

Miranda Rights Won't Be Read For Boston Bombing Suspect: Justice Official
WASHINGTON -- A Justice Department official says the Boston Marathon bombing suspect will not be read his Miranda rights because the government is invoking a public safety exception.
That official and a second person briefed on the investigation says 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev will be questioned by a special interrogation team for high-value suspects. The officials spoke on the condition of anonymity because they weren't authorized to disclose the information publicly.
The public safety exception permits law enforcement officials to engage in a limited and focused unwarned interrogation of a suspect and allows the government to introduce the statement as evidence in court. The public safety exception is triggered when police officers have an objectively reasonable need to protect the police or the public from immediate danger.

This is why the foundation of old America was based on a Constitution that supported rights for freedom which included the right to a trial and the presumption of innocence until PROVEN GUILTY!
The presumption of innocence is a foundational cornerstone of a free society.
But over the past few days, we have all become witnesses to the new courtroom. A tribunal where justice is exercised with the bullets of SWAT teams and Homeland Security agents.
In the old days, a description of a suspect qualified their guilt or innocence with the word, "alleged!" But now with the instantaneous dynamic of the media, people are being indoctrinated to desire a quick remedy which includes blood and a dead body.
Lest we forget, we just saw this happen in California with the ex-officer, Christopher Dorner, who was accused of having a manifesto....He was executed!

Something to think about. I'm pretty sure that Nathan's thoughts are similar to what many of you already think.
The actions of the law enforcement community after the Boston bombing is a perfect example of the militarization of our police forces today. Don't think it's just in the big cities and that it "can't happen here" in your small corner of Amerika. It is everywhere. No one even had to go out and recruit these people. They all volunteered once they saw a SWAT Team on TV all those years ago.
I have a serious problem with the "end justifies the means" mentality that these LEOs exhibited throughout this entire operation.
I also think that there is more to the story.
I will admit that I am surprised that Suspect #2 was taken alive.
Ahhhh well. No speculation today from my little corner of the world. :)

An interesting twist...

The Boston Marathon bombing suspects have been identified as brothers originally from Chechnya. Both men have been identified as Muslim. Suspect 1, deceased, was identified as 26 year old Tamerlan Tsarnaev. Suspect 2, still at large, is his 19 year old brother Dzhokar Tsarnaev. The city is on lockdown with all residents being urged to stay in their homes. No transportation is running.

One police officer is dead after previous shootout. Another is in critical condition. Suspect 1 that died is said to have had multiple gunshot wounds and shrapnel.

I've been gone for a few days so I'm a bit out of touch.
Let me get this straight...
Suspect number 1 is dead. Suspect number 2 is at large but he has changed clothes since Monday and is no longer wearing the white ballcap backward? Someone used the gun belonging to the dead cop in the shootout.
The original Suspect number 1, a member of the House of Saud and with ties to al Qaeda, was released and sent back to the Middle East after a conversation between a "high ranking government official" and the Saudi Ambassador? Is that correct? Pretty much correct?
And Biden tells the Grabbers that obama has some "Executive Solutions" up his sleeve to implement gun control after it failed in the Senate?
How much ya wanna bet that when (if?) they identify suspects #1 & 2 we'll find out that they were disenchanted Liberal pukes with mental disorders and ties to al Qaeda? Or something.
Nevermind... I'm not going to speculate. I'll just wait for the MSM torepeat report the information that the cops give them.
obama is pissed that gun control measures in the Senate failed miserably. It's the fault of the NRA. They have too much power. (Remember that the NRA is an organization created to represent the People, not unlike the UAW or the Teacher's Union or the Government Employees Union or any other Union that lobbies in Washington D.C.) According to obama, the Senate failed the people.
Gabby Giffords is pissed. Expanded background checks work so well. Ask the folks in New York State who have had their firearms confiscated. Oh wait! That's due to a public safety clause in the obamacare bill. Remember, they said obamacare couldn't be used to confiscate your guns.

Don't forget that 40% of all gun sales take place outside the system and don't include a background check. Also, you can buy firearms over the internet without any background checks. They just send them straight to your house.
