If anyone can show us an exception to this 'rule' - please do so.
Democrats go and "fix" things that weren't broke in the first place. And after they "fix" them, the thing is broke so bad there is no recovery. They NEVER consider the 2d and 3d effects of what they do or what happens to the people they are tring to "help".
